I am very sorry to hear of Pete’s passing. Pete and I worked together as inspectors and as union reps at JFK Airport. Pete had a unique ability go right to the core of an issue and, considering the personalities and egos of the parties, craft a solution acceptable to both. He had a great sense of humor and was always pleasant to be around. Ronnie and I send our condolences to Marlyn and Pete’s children. May Pete rest in peace. John and Ronnie Caffrey

Maria and I are saddened to hear about Pete’s passing. We worked with him at JFK for many years. He was fun to know and be with. His humor brightened our day’s innumerable times. Can’t even begin to calculate the loss of my brother,Pete.Had so much more to give, to his family, his wife,Marlyn,his kids, his grandkids , who were the absolute light of his life. Would beam when we talked about them. Pete had such a wide breadth of knowledge , on so many subjects , could argue with you , but respected & listened to your opinion , so rare today. Will miss the give and take of teasing each other too , so many things to say, so many good memories, it wouldn’t all fit here .
