It was only a few years ago, Collin and Patty were vacationing over on Fire Island. Eileen came over for the day to hang with the family. In typical Eileen fashion, she arrived with a wagon full of food. One particular dish still lingers on the pallet. Folks, when I say ribs, I mean half a pigs worth. The boys were in heaven. There was some much ribs, I woke to the boys having them for breakfast. Me and the boys still talk about that treat.
I’ll always cherish our friendship Eileen. I find comfort in the thought that Ryan played you a song so you would know where to find him and Roy, of course Roy was holding a martini. Love you, girl!!
