My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Charlene Canavan. I worked with her for many years. Her cubicle was a few feet away from mine when we worked at 55 Water Street. We had some great conversations. She was witty, friendly, funny, straight-forward/truthful and always seemed to bring a smile to everyone who worked with her. On Wednesdays, there was an Italian food truck called Diso that we both liked. Sometimes I would share a sandwich with her (although sometimes I was too greedy to share). She typically would bring back a hero for her husband saying how much he loved them. She also helped me when my mother-in-law got stage 4 cancer by providing me with names of doctors at Sloan Kettering.
She was a great person, friend and colleague and will truly be missed.
