Al Zee Pal, as he was known to “The Club”. 12 friends who met thru BMYA, our kids sports league, many, many years ago. Al was our official photographer, journalist and historian. 12 friends who enjoyed our Friday night Happy Hours, I mean, really enjoyed them. 6 now gone. We will miss you buddy. Please say hi to Tom, JoAnn, Al D, Larry, and kiss Julia for us! We love you, Nick, Cath, Ed, Lynn, Donna and Maryellen…..

Al was a kind and gentle man who I knew from the Long Island Flyrodders. I remember him on the camping trips where he had a simple camp set-up that was adequate for a few days fishing. Al would always bring special wood pieces from his woodworking for our main campfire. At Long Island Flyrodder meetings, he always greeted me with a hello and a smile. He was a big part of the history of the club. I will miss this dear man. Rest In Peace.
