I was saddened to her of Bob's passing. I was an Assistant Regional Director with the FDIC during the years that Bob had commensurate duties and responsibilities with the New York State Banking Department. We worked collaboratively on numerous occasions to ensure that banks, including those with international operations, under our respective supervision were operated in a safe and sound manner. Bob was always the consummate professional. I will always remember how he started and ended each of our face-to-face meetings - with his infectious smile and ma warm handshake, The world was a better place because of him, and I will dearly miss him. My condolences to his family. Know that he is in the Rapture and was embraced by his family members that preceded him to their heavenly reward. He eagerly awaits the opportunity to similarly welcome each of when the time comes. God Bless you all and Giod Bless Bob. A job well done my friend,
