Nancy Ippolito passed away suddenly on November 7, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Devoted mother of Angelo (Jeannette), Carol Arigo (the late John), Catherine Weinstein (Leonard), and Frank (Karen). Cherished by her 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Adored by her predeceased siblings Theresa Serra and Minnie Romano. Nancy was a long time resident of East Meadow where she raised her family. Love and faith were the center of her spirit. She showered her grandchildren with all her affection – whether she was making waffles, ice cream sundaes, or her famous reuben sandwiches. Nancy lived by the golden rule, donating her time to St. Raphael’s Church or others in need. She carried herself with poise and strength and a gentleness in her smile. She was our inspiration. We will live by her example and carry her in our hearts forever. Family will receive friends Wednesday, 2 pm – 5 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm, at the Charles J. O’Shea Funeral Homes, 2515 N. Jerusalem Rd.
