McDermott- Francis “Frank” J. passed away on Saturday, June 4th, 2022. Frank was born in New York, New York, grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and raised his family in Babylon, NY. He was married to his wife Joan. Loving father of Eileen Moreno (Bernie), Matt McDermott (Eileen) and Carolyn Lacetera (Nick) and loving grandfather to Luke, Olivia, Lilah, Owen, Alexandra, and James. He is also survived by his siblings, Sisters Betty Kay and Jane Kelly. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8th from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Albrecht, Bruno, And Oshea Funeral Home (62 Carleton Ave East Islip, NY). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 9th, at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church(20 Harrison Ave East Islip, NY 11730) with Interment to follow at the Cemetery of North Babylon (358 Livingston Ave North Babylon, NY 11702).
