Lena DeSouza, a long time resident of Levittown, NY, passed away peacefully on May15, 2022 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her husband Calvin and daughter Theresa. She was a devoted mother to Patricia, Edward and Donna (John). Loving grandmother of Beryl, Shawn, Jillian, Jaime, Steven, Devin, Brad, and Hanna, and adoring great-grandmother of Zephyr , Anthony, and Roa. Lena was born in Tilden Illinois on December 26, 1927 and came to NY at age 15. She later married and moved to Levittown where she lived for 66 years. After raising her children she worked as a secretary at NUMC. A devout Catholic, she was a parishioner of St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church until her death. Lena was a kind and compassionate woman who was loved by all who knew her. She will be forever missed.
