It has been so hard to sit down and write this about my aunt Micky because I didn’t want to believe she is really gone. Although we didn’t live that close - she was always close to my heart and in my thoughts and prayers. I am going to miss just picking up the phone and calling when walking my dog just to say Hi! I am going to miss sending flowers and candles just because I knew they were aunt Micky’s favorite. I will be forever grateful that I recently got to have a glass of wine together which she always loved serving me. Aunt Micky created soo many wonderful memories for me from my childhood and into my adulthood. Aunt Micky you will be forever missed but not forgotten. You will always be in our thoughts and prayers. Love always your niece Margie and the entire Carratu family xoxo

My beautiful Aunt Mickie and Godmother – it is heart breaking, it is life changing, it is painful, devastating and depressing to lose such a beautiful family member and to never be able to fill that void because your smile, heart and soul was one of a kind! Although losing you brings sadness to our hearts, we know you are resting in peace and no longer facing a tragic illness or pain. We will hold onto the lovely memories of how you made our holidays so joyous and all family gatherings so meaningful – it was truly an honor to be in your presence and to laugh with you and have you in our lives. We were truly blessed and one thing is for sure – we will see you again when the time is right!! Love you forever my beautiful Godmother and angel in heaven! Grace Bellino

It breaks my heart to be writing condolences for my beautiful Aunt Mickey. I have so many wonderful memories of her and I am so grateful to have had such a amazing soul as an aunt and a friend. May God give you and us all the strength to get through the rough times ahead and to focus on the great and blessed times we all shared. R.I.P my Aunt Mickey. I love you so very much!
