I’m so terribly sorry to hear the news of Jack’s passing. He was my next door neighbor for over 20 years. I grew up hearing “keep the noise down over there” almost every day of my life and it was funny every time. Some of my favorite memories of Jack were when he taught me how to ride a bike for the first time, playing hide and seek in the bushes on his front lawn, him climbing on my roof to help my Dad get squirrels out of our attic and hoisting my through his bathroom window on the day of Cindy’s wedding because he was locked out of the house…oh and how could I forget his crazy Halloween costumes I looked forward to each year! Jack was such an integral part of my childhood, a wonderful father, grandfather, husband, friend and neighbor. He will certainly be missed by many. -Vicky Appell (Clement)
