Dearest Maria and Family:
Sending love and condolences at the loss of your beautiful Mother. I heard yesterday after the mass and am so sorry I couldn't be there with all of you.
Your mom enchanted me always. She was the mom that was always laughing, always welcoming and always making the most delicious meals ever. I would think of her many times raising my family, thinking of all she did so effortlessly. From making John all his food at Amherst or creating her amazing "homemade" six ft heroes and bringing them and 12 other dishes to all of Tommy's games. I can see her sitting at your table laughing at something Michael or your Dad said and always so happy with her family surrounding her. I especially loved how she always guided Maria and Laura to her method and ways of doing things. I am sure she shared this all with her beautiful daughter in laws and granddaughters, not to mention her son in law and grandsons.
Some of my happiest memories was being with your family. I loved everything about being in your home and especially the time spent with my best friend and best little sister, Maria and Laura. So many laughs, so many make overs, matching outfits, dance parties, intricate plans and dreams. Mrs. Giella was always so present, so helping, so giving, so loving and my heart aches at your loss. I am happy that she is together in heaven with your amazing Dad and maybe having a cocktail or two with my parents.
