Mrs Pabst was a beautiful and strong woman who will be so missed. Our family was lucky in having grown up next door. I will always remember talking over the fence and exchanging cookies. Mrs Pabst made the best ever peanut butter cookies exchanged for our Mom’s famous oatmeal. To this day I’ve never eaten a better cookie. She always had a quick smile and a great hug. My Mom was lucky to have Mrs Pabst for her best friend and I was lucky to have known her my whole life. My dear Diane I am so sorry for your loss and you are in my heart and prayers. Much love.

"My Mom"
- My Mom, the best that she can be.
- She Loves, helps, teaches and always comforts me
- My Mom's Love is as warm as the sunlight
- She taught me well and always made things right
- My Mom's hands are soft, but sometimes they are strong
- I'm grateful for all those words, as it made me do no wrong
- My Mom is always there for me no matter what the cost
- It's my Mother's Love that made me find my way and I never got lost
- So I wrote this paper for my Mom on Mother's Day
- I hope it shows you Mom how much you mean to me, that I pray
- Thanks Mom for everything you have done for me
- I Love you this day and forever and this will always be
Happy Mother's Day and rest peacefully until we meet again.
Love your son,
Wayne

Mike and I are so sorry for your loss. Virginia was such a kind woman. Never heard her raise her voice, or speak badly about anyone. I have the fondest memories of her. She is surely in Gods hands. ❤️❤️

Mrs. Pabst was a great next-door neighbor and a wonderful second grandmother to us. We have many happy memories of her coming to our elementary school plays and events, and playing cards in the kitchen with our Devon and Chester Street grandmothers every Tuesday after school. She was strong, funny, and caring woman, a great friend to our family, and a great role model for us growing up.
All our best to the Pabst family at this time, and always.

Growing up next door to Virginia was a pleasure. I have memories of many things being passed back and forth over the fence between the two kitchens. My mother could never have asked for a better friend. Virginia acted as my children's second grandmother even coming to the hospital during grandmothers visiting hours when my children were born. There were many years of game playing in my mother's kitchen and laughter between friends. I appreciated her presence in my life and the lives of my children. I will miss her kindness and smile. She has left the world a better place for having lived. She has left me a better person for having known her.

Aunt Virginia, a remarkable lady for sure. Many thoughts come to mind to describe her but those have already been said. Aunt Virginia holds a special place in my heart for welcoming me into the family and for lovingly hugging me with her words and all she did. I always admired her honesty and knew her advice was always what was needed. Her nephew Artie, my husband, has great and happy memories of the vacations and time spent with her during his youth and into adulthood. Her humor and positive attitude was something to be admired. She always made me feel like a special person. Whenever we visited her we felt uplifted by her spirit. I know God blessed our life by having her in it and her memory will be with us always.
We are thankful that God created this special lady. With love, Honey and Artie

Thus picture exemplifies the true Virginia and how she will be remembered. She was caring, loving, always smiling and gracious. A loving mother, never complaining and strong up until her death. She will be missed but never forgotten. A real role model for all of us! Love and prayers! Carol and Eddie
