Our sincerest sympathy goes out to the whole Kennan clan of which Mr. Kennan was such a wonderful patriarch. We were so fortunate to have met with Mr. and Mrs. Kennan from time to time when visiting John and Linda, and we will always remember the day we spent at the American Airpower Museum with Mr. Kennan several years ago when we got to hear some of his amazing stories. He is a true American Hero and we are so grateful to him for his service to our country. He left behind a beautiful legacy in his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and we wish you all the balm and healing power of peace.

I especially remember working as a lather with dad on a building in Brooklyn in 1970. He worked mainly on the ground and I worked on the top floor. It was hard work! He was a great father and a wonderful man.
