To David's Beautiful Familly,
Nancy, Geoff, Eric and his baby girl Victoria. The world will be a little less bright without the beautiful light of your father. I was lucky enough to have known him for most of my life. His big and infectious smile will always be how I remember him. That and his mild and easy personality. What a gift.
I was at the memorial service and I know he would be so proud of all of you. I know how much i am missing him and sad that I let my own personal life and caring for my elderly parents and the loss of my husbands brother this Spring keep from seeing him these past few years. A big regret.
I have been praying for all of you. I know he will be with you always. I felt him right there with you when you were struggling to get the words out to honor him. I hope you all find peace and strength in each other.
I am happy my friend is now free of the chains that bound him and I think of him as the young, handsome, and very sweet guy that I was lucky enough to have in my life. Bless you all ~ Mary Ellen Meyerdierks, Oyster Bay, NY

I worked with David back in 1981 at Main Hurdman and will treasure those wonderful memories forever. We were the best audit team ever....we worked hard and played harder with Dave's unique and fun personality. It seems so unfair for Dave to be on this earth for such a short time. My deepest condolences to his wife, children and family....

My heart is broken for the Goldfader family, Nancy and you dear David. I’ll never forget our high school years. Even then, you were a true gentleman with such strength, kindness and quiet leadership. It always felt as if you would be there for anyone in any situation if needed. You fought this brutal, unfair disease in the same way. I personally will never forget you, that at the absolute worst time of my life you showed up to my father’s wake. You have no idea, i can’t even express what that meant to me. Rest In Peace friend, be with your wonderful dad and continue to watch over Nancy and your beautiful family

There is a reason that David Goldfader was born. He was born to enrich the lives of those of us that were lucky enough to know him. I was even more fortunate to call him my cousin.
He will be missed by many and always loved by many.
We will all hold our memories of David close to our hearts.
Rest in peace my sweet cousin.
Love you so very much.
Cousin, Susan

Dave is one of the greatest men I have ever met. He welcomed me into his family in 1996 and always showed me kindness, generosity, and had a great sense of humor. I chose him and Nancy to be the godparents to my daughter because they are the best example of family, love and support. His spirit will live on in all our great memories of him and I feel blessed to have known him. Rest In Peace Dave.
