I had the privilege of knowing Joe for over 20 years. He Office was in the same location as mine. He was the one you went to regarding Real Estate Matters. You should put your kind words on the O’Shea condolence site for his family to see. His loss, for me, is most profound and beyond words . Joe was a great lawyer, wonderful person and mentor, reliable resource of information, ethical, dependable, and someone I considered to be a good friend. He will be sorely missed by anyone who has worked with him. He should be recognized by Nassau County Bar Association for his service especially with the Real Property Law Committee. Rest in peace.

Joe always demonstrated to me and my loved ones care, concern and friendship. He was a what a good man, a good friend and a good lawyer should be. He took the time to help me, and did it with humor and respect. I respected him, and my life is better for having had the privilege to know him. He was a great guy. I will always miss him.
