I first met Lorraine when Linda and I were in second grade in the Bronx. I entered her home and heard her laughter which I can still hear every time I think of her and visualize her beautiful, loving and compassionate face. She loved fiercely and completely. She and Mama Rap are now together probably discussing where they can get the best sales. All my love and respect for a gentle soul.

There’s so many things that I would love to say. Such a tremendous loss. Aunt Lorraine meant the world to me. That smile was her heart. I always loved visiting her when I was a kid and through the years, I treasured the time spent with her even more, whether in person or on the phone. I’d love joking with her just to see her beautiful smile or hear her jolly laugh. We truly had a special relationship that I will treasure forever. Her personality was one in a million. I will miss her being here with all of us, but find solace in knowing that the lives she touched are many and that she is certainly in a better place. All of the angels in heaven are truly blessed with her presence. God Bless You and Rest In Peace, my dear Aunt Lorraine. Memories of you will forever be in my heart.
