It is one of my greatest privilege in life to be able to call Kathy my friend. I started my very first radiology job with Kathy in 1982. It was just she and I in the office and we had many long and beautiful talks every day. Kathy was one of the most compassionate, caring person who truly cared about others before herself. All that she did in life came strainght from her heart. She had a love for life and for others like no other woman did. Through all her suffering and pain, she always had a smile on her face and never complained about her illness or the suffering she endured. She had a strength within her that was without measure. She always made sure she had her lipstick on and looked beautiful. I miss my dear friend and the her friends and family live in a lonely world without her beauty. RIP my friend. I will love and miss you each and every day. Be with the angels and may your soul be at rest. My love and strength goes out to her wonderful husband Ed and Caidence

My sister ,Kathy Igoe, exuded strength, courage,compassion, warmth, tenderness, sensitivity, and love. Kathy listened with all of her heart and she cared about everyone. She built her life around Ed and Caiden. She loved her long career in radiology and the co-workers and patients she knew. Kathy valued faith, family, and friendship. She was my hero and inspiration and she will never be forgotten.

To our very dear friend Kathy, who we miss so much, and to know that she was the closet thing next to God that I had if my life. I will miss our talks, I will miss knowing that she was the one person who never passed judgement on anything or anyone. My comfort is that she is not in pain or scared or hurting anymore. She is a true warrior in this war against this barbaric disease. Kathy I know one day will we see each other again, until them Kathy know that we will be loving Ed and Caiden the way we always do.
