My sincere condolences to my cousins Joanne and Vincent. It has been many, many years since we have seen each other. I know too well the pain of such a loss and I only hope the love and memories of those around you will ease some of that pain. I have fond memories of Sundays as a child visiting my cousin Millie and Aunt Maggie. The house always smelled of wonderful Sunday dinners cooking. My dad loved to visit his sister and niece and he loved them dearly. My sister Madeline perfectly described how we all felt about our cousin. May she rest in peace.

Dearest Aunt Millie, you held us all together in so many different ways with your love for us all that mere words can not express the emptiness that all of us feel. From the kids' table to the big table and all of the rest of the cherished memories, may God forever hold you in His Gentle Hands and in His Heart. Kim and I are happy that you had a chance to meet Anthony, that's special for us. And thanks for the occasional smacks upside the head that you shared with me, sometimes they sank in. We will miss you dearly.

My deepest sympathy to all of my cousins who are grieving their loss. To Joanne and Vincent, there are no words that can comfort you on the loss of your mother. It is a loss that you never recover from. You just learn to live without her and wish she were with you. Know that she will always watch over you and never leave your side. Gerald, Camille, Pat, - again, there are few words that can express how deeply saddened I am for your loss. She was a true heroine for her strong belief in God and her strength and stamina as a single Mom. She faced all of her challenges with grace and dignity. May she rest in eternal peace and enjoy her heavenly rewards. God Bless her soul. Amen..

My sweet sweet Aunt Millie. We are so blessed to have had you for so long and your nearly 97 years is a testament to your strength, will and love of family.
I will miss your laugh, (it sounded just like Elmo!!) your cooking, (lentils, cutlets, cookies!!) and your loving embrace. You picked up where Big Grandma left off as our family matriarch and we will miss you so much.
I'm so glad Charlie and Madeline got to know you even if only to see a glimpse of how special you were to me.
I love you with all my heart. Say hi to big Grandma and tell her I'm sorry about the gum!!!!

Millie is so very loved and so very missed. She was always kind and loving to me and it is though part of me has been taken away. Millie will remain in a special place in my heart and I will remember her with love always.
Now she is making her wonderful cookies and crumb cake for the Angels.
