Our deepest condolences to the whole family! Me and my husband had met him with my BFF, his beautiful and sincere wife! He is a good person, good company! He is much loved by his family and friends! He is such a generous person! I remember when we went to Philippine fiesta in NY, he just bought everyone "halo halo" and other sweets for a treat! Offering prayers for his soul to be in eternal rest with our dear Lord Jesus Christ!

He was quiet, anchored, and even in his silence you always felt his loving presence in the home and family. He always ALWAYS took care of everyone. I was not family by blood, and i always joked about being adopted by the Baloyos, but in so many ways he stood as a loving father to me here in NY. We did not chitchat much but I always felt so touched when in some mornings, he would make my favorite Tortang Talong because “Nandito si Ana. Paborito nya ‘to”. He and Tita Mads gave me a home away from my home and not once did I feel home sick because they were there. He drove for me, took me around on their days off and even when I wanted to share in some expenses, never accepted a single penny. He is a wonderful example of a HERO. he was a hero to his wife, his children, grand children and so many of us who love him. It was a privilege to have known him. My prayers for him will not stop, just because he has already passed on. He will always remain in my daily prayers, masses and novenas, side by side with my prayers for my own father.
Maraming maraming salamat Uncle Totoy sa lahat. Malaya na kayo sa lahat ng hirap. At alam kong lalo nyong maaalagaan ang pamilya nyo ngayon na kasama nyo na ang Panginoon at si Mama Mary.
