Luis was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He resided in Manhattan. He is adored by his wife Christina and lovingly remembered by his children, grandchildren and great-grand child. Viewing will be at Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Home, 602 Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, NY 11793, on Thursday October 12, 2017 from 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. Services will be at Maria Regina Church in Seaford, 3945 Jerusalem Avenue, NY on Friday October 13, 2017 at 9:45am with Internment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
