O’LEARY – John J. “Jack” of Plainview, NY on March 17, 2017 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Jean. Loving father of Patricia McKenna (James), Eileen O’Leary (Vincent Fodera), and the late Ranny. Cherished grandfather of James Patrick McKenna. Adored brother of Marilyn, Bob, Tommy, and predeceased by the late Helen, Danny, Franny, and Billy. Proud US Navy Veteran. Dedicated Engineer for Grumman Aerospace 1967 – 1993, Chairman of the Nassau County Conservative Party for 28 years, Chairman for the Town of Oyster Bay Zoning Board 1978 – 1993 and Receiver of Taxes 1993 – 1999.
