Florence was the sweetest of ladies and was always so hospitable to neighborhood children. She was my dear Mothers best friend,a deep friendship that lasted over 40 years till my mothers earthly departure in 2004. Their friendship was so intimate and close that even after my mom moved to Florida from New York Florence was still a daily household name mentioned. They still spoke very frequently on the phones together and shared all their Joys,worries and concerns. They pointed each other towards faith in Christ when trials seemed to get the best of them.
I still remember the wonderful Italian meals "Flo"would send over the fence,and the wonderful Christmas tree ceramic she gifted to our family one year. No one made you feel more loved and accepted than Flo! I have a life long sweet memory because her person had touched my life and a life long nickname that she gave me at two years old!
Love you Flo and will always remember!
