One memory I have with Neil was when I made my own "Film Crew" T-Shirt for the New York Wrestling Connection, and I showed it to him. His said with a smile, "That's very cool!" That made me feel very happy, and very much appreciated with the work that I do for the company. Aside from wrestling... Neil was truly a Kind, Caring, Respected, Warm Hearted (And the list goes on) man, and I'm truly grateful and honored that I got to know him. It makes me sad knowing that I won't see him again, but I know that his spirit will ALWAYS be with us. I will miss him dearly. Rest In Peace Neil, and Thank You.

What can I say I'm going to miss you laughing at my jokes talking about football and debate on who is going to win even though you were right half the time I would always love just talking to you and generally spending time with you. You were more than an uncle to me you were my godfather and basically another father figure to me. Just knowing that you are with nan and pop now brings me solace but my heart is still going to be heavy. I will never stop remembering you the way you were and how you always would laugh at my poison eye and three pieces of cheesecake rest easy you are at peace now.

Neil was always a happy smiling man every time I saw him. Over the years seeing him multiple times a month for wrestling shows he was always positive and you could see the love he had for his children and grandchildren that attended every event as well! As I sit here I can't gather up the words to say. I'm not a man of many words to begin with but now I am utterly speechless. As if doing it once wasn't hard enough, I have to do it once more. At 8:23pm on Jamuary 20th my father in law Neil J. Swensen was called to heaven. He was a great man, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Besides I love you there is only one thing I can say is Thank you. I want to thank you for creating such a beautiful, strong woman that is your daughter, and my wife. I thank you everyday for her and I wouldn't be complete without her. Thank you Neil, Thank you. As I sit here I promise you that I will take care of her, love her and protect her for the rest of my life. You will never have to worry about her. It's my turn to take over. Rest easy and be sure to tell my dad I love him and miss him very much and tell him how great our wedding was. You guys will have a blast together. Two great men. Love you, miss you and thank you.
