I would like to extend my condolences to the entire Cavanaugh family, during these times of distress. The pain associated with death is not easy for anyone to deal with. Death isn't something that anyone should ever become accustomed to, but it is a part of life for us currently. Unfortunately, we will all experience death in some shape, manner or form. The Bible offers us hope and prospects for the future. We know that life ceases to exist when we die. Ecclesiastes 9:5 states, "The death know nothing at all." However, they do have the opportunity to be ressurected through the ransom sacrifice made by Jesus Christ. John 5:28-29 tells us, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment." I hope that these words can provide some degree of encouragement, knowing that you have the prospects of seeing your dead loved one once again.
