He is survived by his father Joseph S. DiSalvo of Levittown, NY. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 2 pm - 5 pm at Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Homes, Inc., 603 Wantagh Ave., Wantagh, NY.
