I remember when I started working at NYRA shooting camera in the winters at Aqueduct. At the time I used public transportation to get to the track... Eddie, who shot camera the next tower over, would be kind enough to give me rides to the Airtrain at the end of the day so that I wouldn't have to walk all the way back to the bus. He was good at what he did, and I enjoyed hearing his stories from the times that we worked together. My condolences to Loretta and the Bernhardt family. Rest in peace, Eddie.

We are so sad to learn of the passing of Eddy (Yo-Yo) as we all knew him at the track. Eddy always had a kind word and a laugh for us all. We were in the barn with Tartan and this is how we got to know him. Our sympathy goes out to his wife Loretta and family
