Dear Marge was definitely one of a kind, it was a privilege to know this wonderful lady over the years - she always had a kind word to write about her family and what she was doing in her life. It was always a pleasure to receive a letter with photos from her, she was so proud of her family. Until just recently she was asking "How are the Kiwi Gal's" to Elaine. We will aways have a place in our hearts for her. God Bless dear Marge - Kate, Sue & Ginny - New Zealand

Marge was a giving person, selfless & outstanding in her stewardship of her gifts & talents.
Her talents of writing and photography will be forever a lasting blessing & memory from her heart.
Marge possessed a lot of grit and grace! Extending her hospitality & empathy for others she founded the Cancer support group at St. Raphael's. She loved the Word of God and beautifully expressed it at the 10 a.m. Family Mass at St. Raphael's for MANY years.
She visited those in prison & was also a member of the Ministry of Consolation.
She loved music and song and lived her life fully.
Her family is a shining radiance of her, vibrant and caring.
With love, Florence, Kathy & the Trunks

Marge worked with us at Winthrop Hospital in the Employee Health Clinic as a per diem for years. She would always say yes when I called to ask her to fill in for us. Marge was an excellent nurse- gave a great Flu shot! She had the capacity to converse with everyone. She was compassionate and beyond kind. To say Marge was a “special person” is just not enough. She was tough to keep up with despite having years on all of the staff in EHS. She taught us a lot about life and lived life to the fullest. We knew at every party we had to have her Champagne and OJ on hand!! All the EHS staff loved her and both the nurses and clerical team developed our mantra about Marge….”When we grow up, we want to be Marge”!!!!! For myself, I need to work harder on that as her zest for life is tough to match!! Our thoughts and prayers are with her family. To our colleague and friend, Marge, Rest in Peace!!!!-Love Carol
